I ordered my food at 12:06 anticipating 20-30 minutes for preparation. My lunch break is at 12:30, so I wanted to make sure the... food was ready when I arrived. I arrived around 12:40 and unfortunately, the food was not ready. Come to find out, the ownercame in during the day and gave my food to someone else. The owner was no longer there and apparently, didn't tell anyone thatthe order was given away. No one realized my food had been given away until AFTER I paid for the food. The staff was veryunprofessional and rude. The cashier just moved in to the next customer in line. 2 customers later, I had to interrupt and askwhat was going on. She wasn't even going to tell me my food wasn't ready. I explained that I intentionally ordered my food earlybc I was working and had to get back to work. Now, I'm going to be late bc my food is just now being prepared. When I asked tospeak to a manager,I was met with hostility and an ultimatum to take a refund or wait for the food. I even had to ask 3x for thedrink that I paid for before the cashier provided it. Absolutely a terrible interaction and I will NOT return. Read more
Spent $50 on my food for 2 people, didn?t get what we ordered. Stood up front for 10-15minutes after paying to get our drinks,... weren?t helped the entire time we were up there. Only 1 refill per dine in customer, when I asked for it my cup was filled upabout 60-70% of the way. Asked for a box to go and was told I would have to pay for to go boxes if I wanted them. Counting yournickels and pennies will earn you 0 repeat customers. Read more
I LOOOOOVE this place. Best wings in town and locally owned. Teriyaki, lemon pepper and the garlic Parmesan are among my... favorite flavors for wings. I also love their onion rings and pickles. The food here is very delicious! There is going to be a wait but it it?s worth every minute. I got the Buffalo and Teriyaki,it... was so juicy and yummy! I love how the seasoned fries came with rolls. That?s rare for a wing place but the food was reallygood! I loved how courteous the staff was, I definitely will return to try out other items.
