We moved to Columbus a few months ago and started our hunt for the new Friday night pizza spot right away. Romeo's, so far, is... winning! The sauce is sweet, the pizza is hot, the price is right. Edit: if you order through the app you can get BeyondChicken on any pizza! Yay! Edit, August 2022: In the last year after I left my initial review, Romeo's took away basically allof the things that made them my go-to pizza spot (potatoes, Beyond Chicken, even stuffed crust went away for a while) and theirproduct quality seriously declined. Placed an order. Overcharged us, we drove 30 minutes each way - Morgan the ?manager on duty? was unpleasant and rude. Didn?t... apologize and immediately took the pizza back and said that there was nothing she could do. We asked for a refund and shescoffed before doing so. Will be contacting management-no a ?Karen? but in this economy an hour of driving and $60 in pizza,there shouldn?t be any issues. What a joke. We ordered a pizza through the online system and waited, and waited. An hour and a half later we try calling the... store and they had closed by then. Shortly after that I see a credit on my card statement from them. Basically, for whateverreason they took our order, decided not to make it and instead of letting us know just refunded the money. If they would havesaid something right away, we could have went elsewhere but now everyone is closed. How can you give someone an orderconfirmation and then cancel it without a word? Was told 20 min for delivery. Took over 65 min to get it (which I understand staffing issues and wasn?t even that bothered by).... Tipped $11 on a $25 order. But the pizza was cold, crust was rock hard. And frankly, pizza is just not good. Read more

About 50% of the time it's just not good quality (especially the calzones). Still edible, but not great. I had one that was... nearly burnt and this latest time they had the bread cooked about the perfect amount, but the insides were cold. The cheese wasnever fully melted. I don't know what's wrong with their process. If they increase their consistency, I'd give them a betterrating. Read more
