Sat at the window to pay for over 5 minutes while the woman played on her phone, no cars in front of me, when I pulled up to the... next window the next woman had a terrible attitude. Get your s**t together and learn some customer service skills. Take thesepeople back down to $9 an hour until they earn more. Read more
This location was absolutely terrible! The garbage cans were overflowing. Everyone in the lobby had to wait at least 20 minutes... for their food. When we finally got our food, two sandwiches were made wrong and everything except the fries were barely warm. Iwent up to get a refill on my drinks and one female employee saw I was standing there waiting and instead of acknowledging meshe turned her back and continued to play on her phone. There were plenty of employees working to be able to provide a betterexperience and service. We will not be returning to this location and will drive the extra distance to go to another location. This was the worst McDonald?s experience I have ever had. This a fast food joint but your service is slow, giving customers... wrong orders. I ordered an adult happy meal and as you can see in the pictures I got nothing of that sort. A bag no market box,no toy, just like it?s a regular order, ridiculous. Terrible, slow service by a bunch of children, that can't get orders correct! Receipt says No Cheese, but they still put cheese... on my burger. And not one napkin in my bag! I guess they think their fast food isn't messy, or that people eating on the goaren't messy. And don't bother asking for a refill on your pop because "they only do refills on their coffee."
