My family drove 3 hrs to H2OBX, stopping at Pizzaz on our way home, another 3 hrs. The Waterpark was fine, but the pies from... Pizzaz made the while trip worthwhile. Thanks again for the awesome pizza. Read more
Im so disappointed I just spent $50 on un edible food. I took pictures because no one would believe how bad it really was. I... ordered a chicken Philly with no onions or tomatoes a meatball sub and a cheese pizza. Well the So called chicken philly thatI got was all tomato and onions what I guess was chicken was a black burnt hard piece i picked it up and banged it on the stovewas the chicken philly. Yikes The meatball sub was so mushy You couldn't tell it was a meatball sub the pizza was so burnt itwas hard to bite into.. I am not even lying it is March 29th 2022 at 6:05 PM and I live right down the road I tipped thedelivery driver $20 I will never order from there ever ever again a $50 bill thrown in the toilet and flushed and now I have tocook dinner for my family. UPDATE: If I was going to rate Pizzazz strictly based on the flavor of their pizza, they would have received 3 stars. But things... like value, customer service, and overall experience matter too. For $20, I expect a higher quality pizza. Comparing them toWise Guys is almost unfair, since that's literally the best pizza I have ever had. But pizzas I've gotten from local joints inother areas are also higher quality for about the same price. It is also worth mentioning again the inconvenience of them notaccepting payment over the phone (leading to a less pleasant experience). So the quality vs price of the pizza, the digestivediscomfort most of my group experienced after eating from here, on top of the payment issue, lead me to originally leave a 2star review. But customer service is VERY important to me, and is a very important part of overall experience anywhere. TheManager replied within minutes to my original review, and rather than being apologetic that we had suffered from diarrhea formost of the day following eating their pizza, they attacked me. Accusing me of having no proof that they were in the wrong.Maybe it was food poisoning (which is where the Manager's mind immediately went to, based on their reply), or maybe aningredient just didn't sit well with us. Sadly, after reading other replies they have made over the years, this seems to be thestandard reaction. I love how they have free delivery. Thats just a bounes. The pizza is ok. There prices are reasonable. I like there ilttalin... sub. First time I got it is was amazed. It had everything I likes plus more . I just wish there was more of a chip selection.But that hardly affects it. Read more

We like to help and support the... smaller businesses so even after bad experiences 2nd and 3rd chances have been given. Well, shame on us! Called, placed order,told 1hr delivery, hour 1/2 later call to check on the delivery status and the order hadn't been completed, I was told it wouldbe another hour, I canceled the order explained that this was not the first time and we wouldn't be ordered from.them again.
