Ordered through Grub-hub. Grub-hub then cancels my order after they couldn't get a hold of the restaurant. I then call to make... sure it was canceled because the Grub-hub driver went to the building; making me confused. Worker answers and rudely tells me"yeah, we don't do Grub-hub" and promptly hangs up on me. Beyond rude. If you aren't on Grub-hub then take your restaurant offthe app! Read more
Ordered two pizzas and breadsticks with an estimated delivery time of 6:23pm. They arrived at 6:23pm on the dot and they?re so... good! Am I just super hungry? Maybe? but these pies are A+. Very impressed! Read more
Placed an order online and pre-paid. Showed up 30 min. after pizza was supposed to be ready. When I got there to pick up pizza... lady at the front was on the phone with another customer explaining that she couldn't refund a pizza that they ordered butdidn't have the stock for for about 10 minutes. Then after she got off the phone instead of asking me which order I had walkedaway and I waited for about another 10 to 15 minutes before she came back and finally asked me which order was mine and gave memy two pizzas that were sitting there for probably an hour now. I placed a order for some cheesy bread, it cost me 7.49$,, almost 8 dollars! And when I opened the box it was 4 tiny little... pieces of bread! I would love to post a picture of this! Talk about price gouging. I will never order pizza hut again! Total ripoff! Read more

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I placed an order... for one large pizza and one breadstick order that was due for delivery within 22-30 minutes. The pizza actually ended up taking1 hour and 25 minutes. I had called to cancel the order and the guy that I spoke with got upset and said it was too late tocancel the order and there was nothing he could do. He said he had to remake the pizza because he mixed up the orders, that iswhat took so long. I then proceeded to tell him we decided to go a different route because we were hungry and didnt want to waitanymore so if he refused to cancel the order we would just have to let our credit card know to refuse the charge as we wouldrefuse the food. He then said that I was threatening him and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and he said hewas the general manager.. which I dont believe to be the case, however if that is true shame on Pizza Hut for giving such ahorrible person that kind of power. Oh and then he hung up on me again after saying he was the manager. I then called thecorporate office to let them know how terrible of an experience it was but they were already closed. Next will be the BBB.There is no reason an employee should be able to treat people like that and not be held accountable. Read more
