I'm going to give this establishment 5 stars because of the manager. She is very nice and never have an attitude. I always come... in around 1pm and she greats her customers with a smile and a genuine attitude. She deserves a raise!!! I just want to saythanks to the manager and that she is appreciated. Very kind employees. You can tell they're part of a team and really care about each other, the customers, and the restaurant. I... stopped in on a Monday afternoon to cool off and charge my phone. Unfortunately they don't have outlets near the tables, so Iwound up leaving my phone on top of the trash container near the door to charge! I stopped off in their restroom to applysunscreen, as it was hotter than I'd realized and I have a travel bottle. Neither of their restrooms has any mirror at all! Sothat was bizarre. It's disappointing that we have 2 locations locally that refuse ALL coupons because they have the same owner. I get not letting... them use certain coupons on the fancier sandwiches, but to refuse ALL coupons should be against franchise rules. Read more
