What a mess. Simple order. A bag of onion rings for $3.99. Around 11am today. Sure it's Boatnik. It's busy. Suddenly the line... grinds to a halt for 23 minutes. Can't get in or out of the line of course. I finally get to the window and pay with my card. Iam handed a bag and begin to pull away as I notice my bag is much too big. I see I have been given a giant bunch of burgers andfries. Screech to a halt to jump out of the car to run back to the window with all those people in line rolling their eyes atme. Some girl inside is all snotty and the poor boy in the window doesn't know what to do. She is angry because there are noonion rings ready and I say whatever, just give me a refund. The poor kid says he can't do that without a manager. I gocompletely Karen on them and say forget it and peel outta there with no onion rings more than half an hour of wasted time and3.99 less to show for it. Sure wish I had simply driven off with the big bag of whatever. Read more
