We're done with Taco Bell altogether. We used to use this location about once a month, but $25 for a twelve taco party pack is... horrible. Not to mention that the tacos were very sloppily put together, and the hard shell taco party pack weighed less thanthe soft shell party pack. Upon further examination, most tacos were loaded up with lettuce and had next to no ground beef, cheese, or sour cream. Never thought I'd see the day when I'd spend $50 for 24 tacos at taco bell of all places. No way a tacois worth more than $2.00. You'll be much better off spending $25 at the grocery store to make tacos at home. They're so muchbetter tasting and substantial. Read more

This is a Taco Bell, which means if you're already familiar with Taco Bell you know exactly what the food tastes like and what... is offered. If you don't know, then just think of a McDonald's version of Mexican food. It's comfort food, and if you like it byall means partake. My only criticism is the couple times have gone to this location the service has been a little bit slow. Iget this feeling there a little bit understaffed because I've never seen such an uncrowded kitchen at a taco bell. Nice enoughpeople, but slow service. Read more

To Jan the owner of this Grants Pass Taco Bell and whom it may concern. I've been coming into this Taco Bell on a daily basis... for nearly 20 years...yes I know, but i like the food also enjoy the quietness and relax. For the past few years I've noticed amajor change, VERY BAD customer service and poor meals. There isn't enough space on this review to address all of my concerns, but I can only hope that Management like (Mike L) get a lesson or two on customer service. Also, if your going to close thewalk up counter for orders PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE THEIR TIME GETTING OUT OF THEIR CAR AND WAITING IN THESHEEP LINE TO ORDER ONLY TO BE TOLD LOBBY IS CLOSED OR YOU HAVE TO ORDER ON THE (BRAIN DEAD PUSH BUTTON MACHINE!!!) myopinion. I will keep doing a review on this store until the problem with service and the concern for their customers are moreimportant then a new coat of paint and shiny new floors. I hope that you contact me so that we can talk further. Thankyou, Dan ps. to Mike L thank you for laughing when my trailer was being rear-ended in the drive thru by a truck behind me! Read more

This Taco Bell used to be a great restaurant. Now, the store is disgusting, the lobby is frequently closed, they take FOREVER... putting out orders. When I say FOREVER I mean I have waited (been trapped between cars) in their drive thru line for over 30minutes several times. Someone needs to step up and get them new management ot something. You know, I used to genuinely love this Taco Bell location out of the three in GP, but now this is the worst Taco Bell... experience I?ve EVER had (check out my Instagram for more Taco Bell reviews: @tacobellratings). My burritos were lazily wrapped, the staff was horrible, my quesadilla wasn?t even cut. Not to mention they made everything sloppily and never gave napkins. Sonever the hell again. Read more
