This used to be our favorite place to dine out. The service was always top shelf and the menu had something for everyone. ... Sadly, this 5 star restaurant has fallen to the wayside. We ate here this evening and were struck by the decline in service. Previous visits had attentive serving staff who made you feel as if you were the only reason they existed. This visit theyappeared to be hurried and we would have to flag the server down at times. The menu on the website is the old menu. The newmenu has about half of the items previously offered. Not sure if there were any specials, as no one mentioned any. Had to askfor the wine list, and the list has 11 items on it. Previous visits had several pages of wines in stock. Ordered an OldFashioned cocktail, and it came out almost all ice. After two sips, it was mostly water. Good news was that the food itselfwas overall good. The pork chop used to be a thick portion which would come out almost sizzling. The pork chops now are muchthinner, although you do get two. They were slightly overcooked, but the glaze helped that along. Got the Lobster andscallops, and it was very good. Cooked well and presentation was great. Slightly oversalted, but now Im nit picking. Overall, this place used to feel like you were at a fine dining restaurant in Los Angeles or something. My wife remarked to me it nowfeels like a high end Dennys. Will most likely not return. Hopefully management will look at the success they used to have andreturn to that winning service. Read more

Restaurant opened at 5pm. The menu had changed from previous visits. Ordered from dinner menu. One was French onion soup,... Ceasars salad, & truffle fingerling potatoes. Other was French onion soup, & oysters Rockefeller which was on tonight's dinnerspecials. All were excellently prepared. Onion soup with its veal broth base was excellent & plenty of crusted cheese coveringthe top. Oysters were done just right. Not over cooked which allowed the taste of the oysters to come thru. Wine ordered was anArgentinian Malbec - a very good choice. Waitress was excellent & knowledgeable about the food items. Also ordered the peanutbutter creme Brule (not pictured) Very peanut buttery. 7/15/2022 First timers, party of 2. Hostess & server were exceptional, food on the otherhand wasn't. Ordered the ribeye medium &... it was charred burnt on both sides, extremely thick, & tough (my fiance & I joked about it being horse because of the ones wesaw on the way in). I think our server knew it wasn't their finest moment as to why she didnt return for awhile. My Brusselsprouts were suppose to be crisp but they were so burnt we had to peel the outer layers off. The mac & cheese was okay nothing Iwould order twice, oyster Rockefeller was really tasty , & the lobster was the best one I've ever had in my 30years ! Themanager was polite & very apologetic about the food taking so long to come out but we assured him we were okay & knew the foodwould be phenomenal. I truly believe if we would've told the manager how bad the food really was he would've come up with agreat solution. Before becoming a truck driver I was a waitress & restaurant manager for 10years so I know how things can get &I'm always scared to get something recooked because you just never know what mood an employee is in. My suggestion to thisestablishment would be to go on a small wait at the door to allow the kitchen to catch up & regroup. The food is just tooexpensive here to have unsavory food and disappointed guests. Read more

I want to start by saying that our waitress was the only pleasant experience we really had at the restaurant. She was friendly... and clearly cared about our service. However we waited for over an hour and 15 minutes for our meals. We were told it would be 5more minutes 3 times, and we finally got our food 25 minutes later after already waiting nearly 50 minutes for our food. Ieventually got up to tell the manager that we were leaving since we had no idea when our food was going to arrive but they thenbrought our food out. I felt so bad for the waitress that I decided to have our party stay, but the food was even really bad. Ofthe 4 of us in attendance, none of us finished our meals. I even over tipped the waitress just to be nice. But I will be findinga new establishment to take my employees to for our Christmas dinner and I will never come back here again. Read more
