Ordered 3x in the last 2 months and had to cancel after an hour because they never delivered. The sandwiches are good if you can... actually get them to deliver them. My friend just ordered yesterday and his food was never delivered, canceled after 55 minutesand then after 10 more minutes passed the driver called and asked him where he was.....you have the address on the order. Always quick and delicious slight wait at lunch but worth it.
When I went to pick up my order, I was not even acknowledged while both workers helped the family there when I walked in. I... waited while both workers went back to the line, placed a sandwich in the refrigerator and still not a "Hi". When the youngestworker came to the counter to acknowledge me, the first thing out his mouth was, "Yes" with his hands on the counter as thoughI was a bother. I come here almost weekly. Everyone is friendly. They are super fast and accurate. Even when they're trying to get through a big... catering order they're still quick with the counter orders. I don't think any of my orders have been wrong either. Can't gowrong with this Jimmy John's location! Read more
