Well when I placed my order, the lady with the foreign accent told me it should be ready in 14-15 mins. I waited abit went by... the grocery store and picked up a few things and then made another stop at my job were I had forgotten my keys. I drive to PapaJohn's and park. Walk in and give the girl my name, she said it'll be 10-15 minutes it just went in. I ask why I was quoted thewrong time frame. She said they just do that and then stated I'm surprised it's not taking longer. There were 4 other customerswaiting on their order in the small lobby. I see the girl on the front who rang me up, answer the phone, ring people and typearound on the register. Then she proceeded to handle the flattening dough and she threw it on the pans. She goes to answer thephone again and key something into her register and then proceeded back to dough. Never washing her hands once. To me this justjust seems like some serious cross contamination, I know she took cash from me. I work in retail and completely understand beingunderstaffed and overly stressed. But honestly there were at least 3-4 other people preparing and baking the pizzas. I justdon't understand not having simple hygiene and washing your hands with the flu and covid being so easily spread. Just myexperience, also the most greasy pizza I've ever gotten. It's absolutely ridiculous that you have to call a call center in the Philippines to order your pizza from Gray or any other... Papa John's. Will never order from them again. I called the Gray location and the lady was rude and refused to help me. I triedto order online and the site was down. Read more
I would five this Papa Johns a 5 ???? stars easily if whomever the owner is would stay open later than 10pm. Here's my... rationale. Let's say 60% of people (bot including your staff Papa Johns Gray) get off at/around 5pm. Other get off between 6-8pm. So that 40% must get home and basically immediately eat dinner. Noo e does that. Great restraint. Bad hours. Food tastesgreat and the employees are absolutely fantastic! Owner: find 2 people to work until 11pm that's only 2 hours after you close(on weekdays) you'll make money hand over fist. Better yet... let me run it during those hours. I'll show ya ????. Read more
