Ordered a sub full of ingredients from meat to cheese to condiments to veggies and when we get home with the pickup order, there... was literally only 4 pieces of ham on a plain piece of sub bread. Tried to call and no answer. Had to drive all the way back.The workers were rude and confused about the issue, even when we showed them the sandwich. They claimed to not know what?ssupposed to go on particular subs even though the receipt has the list of ingredients requested. Tried to call back again thenext day to talk to a manager and get a refund, and the girl who answered said they do not even have a manager and haven?t hadone for over a month? I?m shocked. I placed a mobile order 09/10/22. Get home, open what I expect to be a full sandwich. The Black Forest ham sub literally had 4... pieces of ham. No cheese. No vegetables. I went back to the store and politely demanded it to be remade but they couldn?t evenremake it because they were out of bread. This is a sandwich shop I thought. What actually went through your employees brainsto put that in a bag and send it out the door. I?ve contacted the corporate office and will be speaking to the areamanager. I ordered 3 footloose over the phone. When I got to the store they didn't have my order. When they finally found the order I... placed they didn't have 2 of the subs I ordered. They could have told me that when I placed the order on the phone. I made asubstitute for the 2 subs and they were not made right. I asked for toasted subs and I did not get that.
