I?ve ordered a white chocolate MOCHA 2 days in a row and have been given a white hot chocolate. Terrible
We never get the correct order everytime we drive-thru here. Its either no Caramel on my Caramel machiato or they giving me the... wrong coffee or a spoil apple on the fruit and cheese box. They do not say what is the coffee before they hand it to you, by thetime you leave and take a sip thinking its the right order, its incorrect and we are too far to return it. Disappointing. Genuinely awful Starbucks experience. Waited in drive thru for 40 minutes bc they were busy and having trouble with their... efficiency. I can overlook that. They made my drink wrong- they gave me the entirely wrong drink and I told them right away andthey fixed it. I can overlook that too. But what I can?t overlook is being yelled at by the guy running the window. The parkinglot is badly configured and I pulled past the pick up window to leave and the line to order was wrapped around so I couldn?t getget by a car in front of me and there was also a car on my side trying to leave after pulling out of their parking spot-I wasliterally boxed in. The man at the window leaned out and started yelling at me to move- which I literally could not do or Iwould T bone the car in front of me. He kept yelling for me to go like I wanted to be sitting there. The situation was chaos- Iwaited nicely and patiently to go through the line, to order, and when they made an accident with my drink. The least this mancould do was not scream at me repeatedly. I?m so glad this is a Starbucks I do not go to regularly and I think the staff at thislocation needs better training. Read more
7:35 am and the drive threw tells us their not open yet, we ask when will they be open reply was ?I don?t know 15 minutes maybe,... as soon as we get the store ready to open.? OK sounds good maybe google hours should be changed to we open whenever we get thestore ready. Read more
