So, i dined here a couple months ago after a fly fish trip. I didn't have very high expectations, but the reviews looked... great.....i mean...it was a pizza joint!! =) But low and behold, i ordered the pizza and french onion soup!!! OMG.....theFrench Onion Soup was FANTASTIC!!! it was thick, it was creamy, it had great flavor and i yearned for more!! so much more that Iwent on a trip to France recently and ordered french onion soup every day and NEVER found anything as good as Fire ArtisanPizza! Grady and his cooks need to enter this in some competition!!! I hope to make a trip again to Great Falls and have anotherbowl....or 2!!! The food here is SO GOOD. The options for the different appetizers, drinks, and main pizzas you can get are excellent. The... service was pretty good, but don't expect to be served very fast all the time, as it can get fairly busy and they only have somany chefs and servers. It's got a great location in town, and if you like a louder, more lively atmosphere, this is a greatstop while you're exploring downtown Great Falls.
