During a windy stormy chilly day in NYC I wanted Starbucks coffee, and walked over one mile to get it. When I got to Starbucks I... asked for dark roast. The manager said there was none available, but said she could brew a fresh roast. Service was great, andvery friendly. Read more
Loud hip hop music. Took a few minutes to be attended when 3 people behind the counter; busy cleaning to close an hour before... posted. Not friendly staff nor communicative, 'words were measured'. This is my first time at this Starbucks, this one has a drive through so I got in line instead of parking the car and getting... all the kids out. Getting to order took a while due to the long line at the drive through but I guess that's what happens whenyou go to a popular Starbucks. Once we got to the speaker my wife did the ordering and the kids wanted hot chocolate kids sized.Hot chocolate in 90 degree weather??? I guess to each his own. Once we got to the window for pickup they gave me a larger sizedhot chocolate but they just charged me for the kids size and my wife's drink. Overall a pleasant experience besides the line forthe drive through. Parking and going into the store would probably be fine too as it has a large parking lot in the back. I wish I could give that store and the young lady that made a drink a negative zero first thing went through the drive through... order a medium drink when I received it I was really small so I asked to change the size I reached over to give the young girlat the register which was very sweet my card got The difference she told me not to worry about it they will just make a newdrink no charge. Looked over she?s talking to the racist girl that was making the drink the girl looked at me and all I heardwas her saying charge her you could see the girl at the register didn?t want to do it. But it seems like she had no choice whichthey didn?t even make a new drink i they just put it in a bigger cup and watered it down the most disgusting drink I ever boughtfrom star bucks say away from this location if u can. These little workers that are their needs to be retrained on how To dealwith customers all have respect for all regardless of our color. I?m disgusted I would never go back their.
