The management should look at the calibre of staff at 196 Cedar Street Sudbury and the orientation they give them about... customers. Bought food over sixty dollars for my family including 2 turkey bacon club sandwiches only to discover to my shockthat the turkey bacon club had no single bacon in TWO of them. Could that be an oversight? Ok. When I reported, the ill-manneredIndian staff just told me most of their staff are under training. You use trainee staff to shortchange unsuspecting customers.Funny I have been having awful experiences with their poor service. Before this last one they had served me a take-12 in rippedbox which I discovered when I got home. Had to return it and the guy then was quite apologetic. But why serve me that in thefirst place. The worst and pathetic Tim Hortons. This place must be shut down immidiately. In terms of hygeine they are horrible and customer... service its pathetic. Went to buy a muffin and found that their are flies in the muffin. On pointing out it to the cashier the answer I get is , oh we are about to throw it anyways and I never forced you to buy one of these. Everyone buys these so wedont care about it. This is the attitude you have towards your customers. Shame on you. I cant even imagine what the staff ofthis outlet might be doing when they prep the meals.
