The store in Largo on Harry S. Truman Drive is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered from them and it took them 2 hours to deliver it. I called... to speak to a manager named Marcus who very rude and dismissive. Ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza was smashed down. Pasta wascold and congealed. When I called for a refund, the General Manager Sunnie hung up the phone multiple times. I don?t even like to joke about someone?s employment, but the team here truly is an example why automated services are becoming... to popular. As customers no one wants to deal with employees with bad attitudes and have to feel like I need to give themcustomer service just to get through simple problem resolutions. They continue to say the phones don?t work which reflectspoorly on the owner, but the staff they hired speaks volumes alone. Read more
Pizza sauce was not mild it was hot. That pizza medium was for a 6 and 7 yr old. I added for regular sauce. Also my sister... called me and ask me to cancel the small pizza and get the medium, I was yelled at by the manager as told I had to pay fir thesmall also. What could I do. Read more
