Manager and staff have terrible customer service skills, a group of 3 of us were waiting to be seated and another group of 3... walked in to put their name on the list and were taken back immediately because the waitress knew them. ( So I'm sure they alsogot a discount) I spoke to the manager and all he could say is sorry I'll talk with her. We should of AT LEAST been offered adiscount!! So become friends with a worker and you don't have to wait or pay full price. Otherwise you will be treated withattitude and have to wait 45 minutes. No wonder the reviews are bad. The manager is not running this store professionally and heshould be the host with the type of communication skills he lacks!! We ended up walking out after the manager specifically saidthere was nothing he could do after I asked him to give us some sort of a discount for us having to continue waiting after thishappened. Quoted 15 -20 min wait ended up being 40 min.. ordered 2 appetizers only received one.. 5 people in our party 2 people recieved... their food, one ordered potato wedges and received fries, wasn't our waitress who brought the food out. Took 10 min to getwedges out.. then it took another 10 min for 1 more dish to come out Nd it was a 3 piece instead of a 5 piece. Hey BWW. I already used your contact form and your guest relations tried to blame Grubhub. I was literally told to call them... even after they told me to call BWW. We have been regular customers of BWW since the week they opened. I was a BWW rewardsmember before Colorado was part of the rewards program. I eat at BWWs whenever we travel, and California had the program almosta year before Colorado. Loveland is our normal store. Our typical bar waitress in Loveland knows us so well, she does not evenask for my rewards number. We decided to place our first Grubhub order and have them bring us BWW, and the restaurantdefaulted to Greeley because of map distance. We ordered a 40 wing bundle, with 20 traditional, 20 bone-in and fries. We addeda side of potato wedges. We ordered all the sauce on the side: jamming jalapeno and mango habanero for the traditional, andlemon pepper and spicy garlic for the boneless. My wife only eats the boneless and prefers the milder sauces. Delivery wasquick. Unfortunately, the food quality and accuracy was disappointing. My wife received 17 boneless wings instead of 20. Shewas saving half the order for our daughter, so yes, it mattered. She did not receive either of her sauces ? both were missing. I received doubles of the jalapeno and habanero sauces. The traditional wings were all flats ? not a single drumstick. Thetype of wing is preference, but flats have less meat, and some people prefer drumsticks. The fries were ice cold ? although,that is kind of to be expected with delivery, but they could try wrapping them in foil when they know it is a delivery order. The cardboard box with a window does nothing to keep food warm. The potato wedges were also cold, and they were tiny ? literallyabout 1 inch long and very thin. I have never seen them like this. I went to pick up my order, was waiting at counter for just a few minutes.. then out of a room behind the counter came a lady... that asked if I needed something?? She was VERY Rude, I said I?m here to pick up an order. And then she spoke to me once againvery rudely, and said That?s why I?m asking., very rude inconsiderate person whom I think was a manager!! I will NOT bereturning to this location at all!! I?m in the customer service industry and have been in management for over 25 years, and if Ifound out my management team acted that unprofessional and with a horrible attitude I?d fire them.. if she doesn?t like herjob, or if she was busy and I was a bother to her then wow!!! This amazingly busy establishment took extra time to help me with an online order over the phone, due to severe dietary... restrictions/allergies because the website was not fully accommodating for this reason only (very user friendly though). Theywere so sweet to help me and assist and take the time during their extremely busy dinner rush.
