Terrible service. McDonalds continues to go down hill. First the fish is swimming in tartar. It?s dripping on my pants, the bun... is covered, and there?s a massive goop of it under the sandwich. Waited for 7 minutes because system was down. Got into line again, paid, then went to the next window. Ice cream machines are... shut down but they can't refund us for it because it was a mobile order, so we had to get smoothies. Every food item was coldwhen we got it. Overall, incredibly disappointing experience. I would've been ok with the situation had the food not come outcompletely cold. If I'm going to sit for close to 15 minutes waiting, I really expect my food to be warm. Read more

This is my favorite McDonald?s in Greeley. Though the time through the drive thru has slipped a little lately, it?s always a... better experience than the other locations. Tonight there was only one lady filling orders and she did it quickly and correctly,and we had a large order! We do rarely get the sauce for the nuggets, though. Read more

Totally got the wrong order in the drive thru, did not realize till we got the kids home and they already started eating happy... meals, we called, they said we had to bring ALL the food back, or they could not do anything. Customer service does not existhere, if you go through the drive thru, make sure you inspect the entire bag(s) before leaving. Read more
