I'm only giving this a two because when done right it does taste good however every time I go up there and I order they will... always get my order wrong. Then I'll have to go up there and get it changed. One time when ordered off the vegetarian menu andgot my order it was a hard taco not soft (I ordered a soft taco) which doesn't always bother me. I take a bite and it's justfull of meat which just ruined my mood and when I went to who I am assuming was the boss. he looked very annoyed I asked for myorder to be fixed. Another time I had to go to the counter like 3 times one day because of my order being wrong. It wasfrustrating. I'm not saying all the staff are bad some of them seem nice and friendly but who I am assuming is the boss justseems annoyed and bothered that customers will complain. Had came just to get some food of course. My friend ordering two burritos No onion, she's not a complainer but onions are... something she can't digest well and gets sick from. As she was eating them she noticed they both were fully packed with onions.She tried to eat them just because it was late, we went back as they got busier and took 30 minutes to get one order out. Theservice was bad, one employee told us he can't refund because we didnt have a receipt when the cashier even reconized us fromnot even 10 minutes before. The other employee told us very rudely it was company policy and told us to pull over to the sidebecause we held up the line. This was absolutely the worst. Just got off of work, me and my boyfriend hadn't eaten all day. My cheese quesadilla was cold,... and the cheese wasn't even melted. Same for my boyfriend's chicken quesadilla. Also ordered two burritos and only got one, whichwas absolutely drenched in jalapeno sauce. Just go somewhere else. Read more
1st time there, for the "Rockies Taco Special." The drive through was pretty slow, but expected, and its always faster to wait... in the drive through, than ordering inside, as their policy seems to be that drive through customers get consistent priority intheir orders over in store. Response was quick, and very friendly. No pushing to buy anything else than the special ($2 for 4crunchy tacos). The tacos were hot, crunchy shells, and way more meat than at most other Taco Bells I've been to. Make sure toask for your sauce, and extra napkins, because the kids that work there sometimes forget to ask. This Taco Bell is highlyrecommended! It took over 3 days for them to charge my card and even though Iasked them if they would cancel it and refund the order, I have a $25 charge for food I never received. They literally stole mymoney.
