They increased prices ages ago and yet still have not changed them on the blackboard nor in any flyers that are set out. I... understand prices need to increase but the business should let customers know what the price is BEFORE they order based on thepublished prices. As well, it would be different if they had just now raised prices but their prices have been increased forquite a while with no notification until a barista is stuck again and again having to explain why the price on the register isSEVERAL dollars more than what a customer was ?told? ahead of time. Very, very disappointing and has led me not to return to thebusiness since I cannot trust what they publish, they don?t care to be honest with their customers, and they leave theirbaristas to have to take the heat from customers who are shocked by the price differential.
