It's hard to follow directions, it's even worse when yu read back the order and still get it wrong. Chicken nuggets were hard... and of course my burger never gets made how I ask. Read more
I?m usually never one to complain about a fast food place simply because it?s fast food but this place is absolutely ridiculous.... I get out of work after working 12 hours and do not want to go home and cook. I usually don?t go to this Wendy?s because it?sclosed when I get out and also have never had a good experience with them but I hadn?t been there in a while and decided to go.I put in a mobile order and they still manage to give me the wrong thing and could even make the wrong sandwich right (it wassupposed to be chicken I got beef). The meat tastes like it had sitting for hours and it?s super cold. I?m not trying to be meanabout anything but if I were to do this at my job I not only get complaints from the customers but I would be reprimanded. Theyare always getting mine and my husbands order wrong or it tastes like it?s been sitting. Sorry but they really need to dobetter. Read more
Fries were burnt but burger was fresh. One out of two. For the price and quality better to make it at home for less.
Don't go at night if its busy. Girl taking my order was rude and short with me, took forever to get my food, and when I finally... did my nuggets were missing and my UNsweet tea was very much sweet. Usually one of my favorite fast food places... Read more
