I used to like their lunch buffet, well until it went up almost 50%. I've gone a couple times since then but was SO disappointed... recently. pizza is probably my favorite food, but this time I noticed there was basically little to no sauce separating thecrust from the toppings. I actually looked & saw nothing but a stray glaze here & there, but nothing that could really bethought of as sauce. (I know, I should've brought a magnifying glass or probably a microscope.) sorry, just not good at all. Ineed a fair amount of sauce on my pizza since it's usually one of the best features, & when I can't make any out (or it lookslike it was put on with a pastry brush, if even that generous), it just detracts from the experience. why would they be usingeven less sauce? (no supply chain excuse, please). I thought it was fine before, but now I don't feel like returning. Read more

Food was good, as it always has been. Salad bar, excellent and happy to see it's the same as it was years ago. Went at 11am to... avoid the lunch rush. It's great they offer ice cream, but having spoons available would be great. Was a little complicatedeating it with a fork as the container for the spoons was empty, and all the visible employees weren't really concerned with thesoup end of things. Prices were good. Would have been great to know that you would be charged more if you used a card to payrather than cash. No sign on the door, nothing on the website either. I found that a little distasteful to just not sayanything but jack up the price... otherwise this would have been a 4 star if not 5 ? review. Read more

This pizza is the best I?ve had in Green Bay so far. If you like thin, crispy cracker-crust this is the place to go. We had a... cheese and a sausage/mushroom. Atmosphere is classic and the pizza is spectacular. Who said to can?t have it cheap, fast andquality? Highly recommend!!! Read more

I was in town for business and found Cranky Pat's via Google. I stopped in and placed an order to go. I ordered a 12" pepperoni... and green olive. I sat at the bar while the pizza was made. The waitress offered me a cold drink while I waited. They also havefree ice cream to dine in customers. I watched as the pizza came out of the oven a d the chef bagged it to go. I returned to myhotel not far away. The pizza was still very hot when I arrived. I love all pizza but thin "cracker" crust is my least favorite. This was the exception. Good flavorful toppings and sauce. The edges just slightly burnt buy still edible. A 12" two topping wasalmost too much to finish for one person. I look forward to my next time in town and returning to Cranky Pat's. Read more
