Luckily all Culver's are the same. Clean dining area. Service suffered due to the nationwide labor shortage resulting in only... one checkout person. Still, my spicy chicken sandwich was great. The value was average though as a meal here isn't cheap. Read more

We?ve had multiple problems with this location they never get the order right your burger will be either way over cooked, way... too salty or undercooked and raw. But what takes the cake is we ordered our food at the drive-through we wait for 35 minutes(which I don?t mind I understand it?s Culver?s) but they forget the custard we ordered so I remind the guy and he says oh yesthey?re already made up let me go grab them. He brings them out and they were literally custard soup so they were sitting on thecounter no doubt for the full 35 minutes. So I said no I?m not accepting these, I want new ones made. And he literally huffed atme like a child. This 40 year old man! So we wait in the drive-through for another 10 minutes waiting for our new custard and henever came back out I had to flag down another worker and have her make the custard and bring it back out to us by this pointour food is cold because it takes us 20 minutes to drive back home. When we call to speak to a manager she?s like I know whatyou?re about talking but he?s new he didn?t know better and I was working in the back when this happened. No apology nothing.I?m sorry but a five-year-old would know that that?s not acceptable to hand out. And are we just going to ignore the fact thathe was never going to come back out to give the the rest of our order? Definitely seems like it?s a management issue at thislocation. Sad since culvers was one of my first jobs and I loved working there Read more

Single worst Culver's I have ever been to and I've been to many across several states. When I arrived I was the 4th car in line... and it still took over 10 minutes for them to take my order. It was evident that things were moving very slowly which I canunderstand as far as staffing, etc. goes but this restaurant has no logical systems or training in place. They insisted uponhanding me my custard at the window before making me pull forward to wait for my hot sandwich. No other Culver's I've been tohas ever done it this way. I pointed out to the employee at the window that the custard would be melted by the time I got mysandwich but they insisted that this is how their location does things. It took another 22 minutes to get my hot food (a singlechicken sandwich) and of course the custard was completely melted. The employee was kind enough to take the melted custard backand bring me custard that wasn't melted but he shouldn't have had to do so. The location was busy but not so busy that thingsshould have taken this long. Every other Culver's brings the custard out with the hot food to prevent exactly this. I actuallyknow the family that built this location and reached out to confirm they had sold it. I couldn't imagine them running arestaurant as poorly as its currently being run. Read more

So, we go to Culver's Voyager at 9:30 pm. There are 12 cars in line with no movement after 10 minutes. We park and go inside.... The Culver's employee tells me the flavor of the day on the internet and the exterior sign and the interior monitor is wrong. She apologizes and puts together the same flavor but in pieces. I stupidly pay. The custard in a dish is a literal soup! Nope.If you're understaffed, then shut it down. Don't give substandard service and substandard food. We work hard for our money andwhen we spend it, we want what we pay for ... not junk. Read more

Bizarre experience that I'm sure will never happen ever, ever again. Attended the soccer game at Lambeau, and pulled in at 12... minutes till closing to be greeted with the doors being locked. Joined the drive-thru line, and at 10:05 p.m., just before wewere to order at the board, all outdoor lights went off. Got to the window to be told they were closed. So totally unlike anyCulver's and I'm sure never to be experienced by anyone ever again. Still love LOVE our Culver's and most certainly will visitthis establishment again. This young man deserves our thanks as he was the only one who would open the window to talk with us,then called for the manager on duty to do the same. Funny that it was the manager who locked eyes with me as I walked toward thedoor as she was locking up 12 minutes early. *Suggestion: how about a magnetic sign like the pizza delivery trucks have to puton the roof top of the last car in the drive-thru line before closing?
