Stone Age record keeping makes people wait unnecessarily. They use customer notecards stored in random boxes and in random order... instead of a $200 computer while the line gets longer and longer. Owner refused to sell me anything one day because I did nothave my ID. I am in my mid 40?s with a full white beard. This is after countless other purchases. Today, I purchased an item andnoticed the seal was removed from the box and the item. I walked back (about 5 seconds after I had walked out) and told thecashier that it was missing the seal and that I wanted a new one. She said she had to call and ask her boss. He didn?t answer soI asked for my money back. She couldn?t do that either. Owner called back and they finally agreed to just give me a differentone. I think they are putting defective/returned products back on the shelves in the hopes of duping their customers. What ajoke. You lost a good customer and I?ll make sure everyone I come across knows what a scammy and backwards place this is.Thankfully there are many other options in the area. Read more
