Do not order from this subway! I ordered, then came to pick it up and the doors were locked. I never ended up getting my subs... and they wouldn't even give me a refund. Even though I called and called and went there the next day and the next day they werealways closed. Would not recommend this place to Anyone! Read more

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a sandwich online and went to pick it up. Employee working said they never received the... order. It was the correct location and I showed her where it charged my account. She then said she remembered making the orderbut she gave it away to someone else. She then refused to make it again and basically said there was nothing she could do. Ipaid for the sandwich and she said she made it and gave it to someone else, so I don't think I was being unreasonable. She hadto call the manager because they were not on site. She said she couldn't make me my sandwich unless her manager said it wasokay. Why was there no manager on site?
