Great place. Unfortunately the service is a shaky. They brought our food to the wrong seats then brought it to us cold. Our... chicken had no sauce and was cold. When they delivered my sons frys they dumped it over on the tray and walked away. My chairdidn't recline. Service was better before covid. Just disappointing to spend all that money and not even get warm food. Oh yea,it was my father's day as well. Read more
Came to the theater about 25 minutes late for my movie. I figured I could see the movie after all the previews. I was told I... could not get a ticket because I arrived late. What!! Am I in school? The manager was called in. I got my ticket. Now to getpopcorn. I was 5th in line. Each of the people ahead of me seemed to have had long orders. I waited patiently. 20 more minutes. There were 3 other people at the other end of the counter. One had a broom and all 3 were talking to each other. Couldn't weget one of them help? My turn. I ordered popcorn and a drink. She told me I had to take my beverage and told me the popcornwould be delivered to my seat. 20 minutes later the popcorn and another beverage arrived. Edit: General Manager was amazing she really spoke graciously and I really appreciated her attentiveness. Really made me feel... valued as a customer and this is the first time I change a review. Honestly I see why she is the General Manager thank you somuch Kristie! Assistant manager Austin was very unpleasant, rude, and condescending. He kicked me out after asking for a giftcard and said good night after he cancelled my tickets because my sister was not 18. I did not know this theatre had a curfewand was more than happy to have to receive a gift card. He proceeded to give me a cash refund which I did not want. I then askedif it could just be put on a card and he rudely said good night and kicked me out. Austin is very unprofessional, I have noidea why he even works in the customer service industry if he seems like we are a bother to him. I?m 21 so I am young but Idon?t receive the same respect as an older male. Would like to see how he would?ve reacted if I was a grown man. I feltdisrespected and humiliated. The food , service,and theatre was excellent. Your staff did a great job. The restrooms were clean even though there was alot... of people using them . My wife and I are looking forward to coming back again to see another movie and enjoy the great food andcustomer service. Read more

Our experiences were always fine before. But recently, we ordered food and drinks online beforehand. Ordered them to be... delivered at 7:40 for a 7:45 showing, food arrived late around 8. Drinks never arrived. There were plenty of servers walkingaround. Finally we had to wait for a lull during the movie to get the drinks ourselves.
