On two seperate occasions i have ordered a pizza with extra pineapple only to recieve a pizza with only one of the correct... toppings and no pineapple and ive been offered a free pizza that i used to get a pizza that still wasnt right. Read more
Ordered about 2 weeks ago at 11pm for my boyfriend and I and half of my order never showed up. I tried to call them and was put... on hold right away and no one ever picked back up. I tried reaching out to customer service VIA email that same night and Ihaven?t gotten an email back. I found out yesterday that they?re saying I never reach out, I?m lying etc. Customer serviceliterally REQUIRES you to put in your order number so how could I be lying? i went in this past Saturday to get my boyfriendsome because because he absolutely loves it, there were 2 drunk guys screaming, and the place looked disgusting on the insideand the guy taking my order was rude. I still haven?t gotten my money back and I wasn?t even offered at least a discount for mymissing items. Very disappointed in this dominos. Read more

Pizza came with wrong sauce. The night we ordered our meal was expected around 7pm. The replacement pizza showed up cold and... around 11pm. We also ordered the cinnamon twists. They get smaller every time we have ordered. Nothing as advertised. Seemsthere is no quality checks as they are required to do. We don't do delivery anymore as they always seem to forget dipping saucesyou paid for. Then they don't care when they drop it off. This was once a well managed location.vI can not say that our foodhad been all that great this past year. We went from ordering weekly to maybe once a month now. Just hoping food quality willreturn. They are always open when I'm hungry and nobody else is open, like on a Sunday, and they have delicious food, just skip the... salad, it's pre- packaged and not the best. I love the bread bowls, I always order that, and the specialty chicken. The factthat you can build your own pizza is pretty cool too! I can't eat the rubust sauce but the garlic sauce and Alfredo sauceoptions are great, and delicious! My family loves the spinach and feta bread sticks, and don't forget the dipping sauces!
