I am a thin crust kind of pizza eater. The thinner the better. BUT, the thick crust pizza from Malnatis is to absolutely die... for. And it is just as good when you reheat it. Read more
I've only ever had Lou's from this location and every pizza is always overly salty. I don't know if this is what it's like in... Chicago, but the pizza is mediocre at best. It's really a let down and I hope the new location in Oak Creek give more respect tothe name. Read more
This has got to be the worst location possible. Every single time we go here, something is wrong with our order. The foh... employees are so inattentive as well. We went today for dinner after being out with tired and hungry kids. We get home and ourpizza isn't even cut! On top of that, it is overcooked and hard. Placed order online...scheduled/assigned pick up time was 30 minutes. Came in to pick up, two staff walked past and saw me but... did not greet or help me. The person who did help me was friendly. Got to location and was told my pizza would be 5 moreminutes. 14 minutes later, I got my pizza. 44 minutes for a small pizza is disappointing. Ordering online was easy.
