The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our meal. There was an older gentleman cleaning tables and mopping the... floors who checked on my family repeatedly to see if we needed more drinks or sauces. He was very kind and gracious. The chicken wings are disgusting!! My husband ordered chicken wings and when we got home to eat dinner there were still feathers... on the wings and had been covered in sauce. VERY DISGUSTING!!!! I waited 20 minutes for a salad and a sandwich meal. Just to go up and ask about my order and hadn?t even began to be made yet... and ?Zack? acted like he didn?t even know he was supposed to be making the order. He attempted to blame the cashiers instead ofaccepting any accountability. I simply didn?t even want the food anymore and requested a refund. Poor experience. It?s hit or miss here. Most of the time even if there?s a really long wait, it?s okay because the food is decent and you can... tell the employees are trying. Lately there?s times like today where it?s a bunch of teenagers ?working? but they?re really justall grouped together goofing off and taking selfies and not prioritizing their work. I don?t care if you goof off when it?sslow, no need to be miserable at work; but when you?re slammed you have to get those orders out. Read more
