Terrible experience. We got there a little after 4pm. According to my receipt my order for a number 1 combo. A large one topping... pizza and 4 drinks was place at 4:14. It was taking longer than normal but i didn?t complain bc they had a birthday party goingon. After a hour I went to check 5:16 to be exact and they could not locate my order at all even though I had the receipt.Things happen okay fine. What is most upsetting about the situation was the manager on duty. Very nonchalant didn?t care at all.I had a 2 year old who was hungry, I spent over 40 dollars on food alone just to have someone give me and I don?t care attitudewhen the situation was no fault of my own. I did ask for a refund, i have yet to receive it. Please do better. Read more
Prior to tonight I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. Today we had a school fundraiser and this place was... completely understaffed and not prepared. The manager on duty is doing his best to serve at register and prep food. Thisshould NEVER happen. All the while it?s 4 younger employees walking around. This manager deserves a raise for everything he isenduring tonight. But this experience I?m sure has left a distasteful impression in many parents that have been standing inline for 30mins +. Another store manager or higher up should be in call for situations like this. Read more
Only had 2 people working on Saturday at noon, so getting help took a while. Some of the machines didn't work. I do like that... you don't have to collect tickets anymore. I spent $81 for my 3 grandchildren to play an hour and a half. With time wasted onmachines that don't work, I wld probably try Round One next time. Staff was very friendly. Read more
If you've been, then there's nothing different about it. We were there for a two year old's birthday party. Chuck was friendly... with the kids; not like Sesame Street. It was clean and the staff was nice. Despite being busy and packed, they kept thingsrunning smoothly. Read more

Terrible! Went 12/2/22 ordered a pizza, came out EXTREMELY burnt on one side, notified the manager. He was extremely rude! And... no friendly attitude for a child?s place. Was running around like he hated his life.! A little child maybe the age of two ifeven walked behind the desk, as the parent was getting the child he rudely went to the child and said ?NO?! I asked him to redomy item, and his response was ?so you want me to make it half way?? I asked for a refund, he asked if I had a receipt. As if I?mnot getting the item from him. Thankfully they had another manager from another store, I believed her name was Maria, she wasVERY understandable and pleasant. She took care of the refund and, then turned around and delivered another pizza for free.Which I wasn?t looking for anything free, but she could see we were treated rudely, and poorly at a child?s place.!
