I love the food the staff is always friendly if something gets messed up they always correct it but I can't give them any more... stars because the drive-thru line is always crazy long and it takes forever to get through it but you have to weigh that if youwant to have some good cookout food. I traveled from gibsonville to the one on summit my experiece was very bad how could i drink my drink with no straw how could i... eat my food without a fork the service was terrible i wasnt even treated like a paying customer. I was suppose to pay one priceand ended up paying more hardly any bbq or slaw but the price went up thats stupid. My fries look like they was barely cooked ifit wasnt for people like me the place wouldnt be open. Read more
The Summit Avenue location has the worst customer service. The food is just thrown un the bag and most of the time it looks like... it was put together or wrapped by a blind 2 year old. I always check my order before I leave the window to make sure that it isright....because moat of the time it is wrong...NOT COOL!!! The majority of the time I am ordering for someone else. I refuse totake someone a tacky looking order. Just because it's fast food doesn't mean that it can't be served in the spirit ofexcellence....both attitude and presentation. Geeeesh! Read more

I stopped by here around 2:20am on a Saturday night after leaving Limelight. There was a long drive thru line and j thought that... walking and ordering would be quicker but I?m unsure if it was. There were a few people in front of me and I didn?t order until2:30am. I got a big double burger cookout tray with Cajun fries, hush puppies, and sweet tea. I received my drink after orderingit. It was cold outside, so I went to my car to wait. There were 2 people in front of me who had ordered and hadn?t gotten theirfood yet so I just looked out and waited for them to get their food before I went to check on mine. The wait wasn?t very long.My food was fresh. I ate some of it on the way home. I got really sleepy and didn?t finish it. I ended up eating most except theburger, which I ate the next day.
