After my last two experiences here, I will not be returning. Last week I got a call 30/45 minutes after placing my order saying... ?We?re out of cheese, so we closed early? mind you had I received a call after placing my order before I left my house I wouldhave been understanding. However that did NOT happen. I was literally pulling in the parking lot when I received the call. TodayI place an order to be picked up. Get to this location and the speaker of course doesn?t work so they have a sign up (mind youthis sign has been up for months now due to the broken speaker, why hasn?t the problem been fixed yet?). The signed stated a fewthings however the one that applied to me was the lobby. Needless to say we tried to go inside said lobby to pick up my orderonly to be told to go through the drive through because the doors are locked. I do so, while sitting in the drive through forover 20 minutes another customer walks up and is handed his order through the door. Why couldn?t they have done the same with myonline order rather than having me sit in the drive through while customers place orders and wait on their food. Needless to sayonce I received the food their attitudes were less than professional and my food was cold, over cooked and disgusting! ThisLittle Caesars is by far one of the worst locations they have in Greensboro. The staff are very unprofessional and theappearance of the building is worse with each trip. I?m over the ignorance at this location to say the least. I?m usually a veryunderstanding person especially in the hospitality industry but tonight was the last draw for me. Place was disgusting. There's a sign on the drive thru window that says "do no honk horn it is very, very rude" however, no one... ever comes to the window... After 5 minutes of sitting at it waiting I walked inside. Ordered a special that came with a 2liter. There were only 2 liters of lemonade in the cooler and the girl points to it and says "good luck"... Never again, placelooks okay outside but disgusting inside. Read more
If I could give negative stars, I would. This place has a drive thru, but don't waste your gas sitting there. I've been here... several times, over the past few months... Hoping it got better, nope... If anything progressively worse. Today I tried, sat atthe window (speaker was not being used), looking at a sign that says if we honk our horn it is "very very rude". After sittingat the window for about 12 minutes, just sitting there, I finally decide to park and go inside. I went inside and a femaleemployee saw me, while she was sweeping, and went to the back of the store, never saying anything to me. After about anotherfive minutes, a guy walked past me bringing a pizza to a car that was parked, and again, no acknowledgement. I left told himthey needed to hire some help, he said it was his first day, and I just wished him luck. Read more

I visited the Pisgah Church location a few days ago, and learned it is under new management. The restaurant was clean, and the... new staff was very friendly. I ordered a Detroit style pizza and Italian cheese bread. Both were cooked to perfection andready when promised. The pizza especially made this former Detroiter very happy; nothing beats a caramelized cheese crust. It's the best! Please, if you've had problems with this location in the past, give them another chance. You won't be sorry!! Read more
