I called to have an order delivered. Once I gave my address, I was informed that they only deliver up to eight minutes away and... that I was 10 minutes away. So they wouldn?t be able to deliver. We ordered online on 11/03/2021 and the food was ready when we arrived. We ordered the carry-out special, large 2 topping pizza... for $8.99 and we got 2 pizzas and cheeszy bead. Wondering why the 2 stars. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady. Shesmiled and was very pleasant. I gave her my name for the carry-out order and she handed me the food off of the holding rack.Then she turned around, responded to a co-worker asking her something and walked into the kitchen area and began pressing thedough on the counter. She did not wash her hands. She didn't not have on gloves. This is very concerning! No one had on masksand that is the company's choice and a personal choice. Hand washing and glove wearing is needed here. The 2 stars is prettymuch for the price of the pizza. This is my first unpleasant experience at any Marcos store. Read more

He then informed... me that I would have to order this online, when I have been order this since it was $6.99. I wasn't going to order , but mynephew really wanted the pizza. Rest assured I will not be ordering from them again. There needs to be training, why you asked?When you go on the website it says nothing about having to order online only for that special. I have had several issue withthis Marco when it comes to people not knowing the price or what topping they have. It is not a good practice. You have lost acustomer for good. Read more
