Bought 2 caramel sundaes in the drive thru. The lids didn't fit and started dripping over my son and in my cup holder. I pulled... back around and was met by the manager said that because I left they do not refund or remake. I explained that I could not backup once I pulled up a little because of the car behind me. She said she would remake it this once but I would have to pay forthe caramel. I said it's a caramel sundae... She said if I want extra on the top and bottom I would have to pay more. Iexplained that I asked for it on the bottom and not the top because I didn't want it to spill again. They made it with thecaramel on the bottom and gave us half of the ice cream! And when it was handed to me the lid was popped off again. The lids donot fit the cheap cups they are using. I do not eat McDonald's food. I only get the caramel sundae once in a blue moon, one ortwo times a year. This was a reminder, in addition to its food, of why I don't eat there. McDonald's NEVER have to worry aboutme coming back. If CFA was open today I would have never gone to McDonald's. Read more
I just can never have a good experience. These people do not care at all about the presentation of your food. I get a chicken... sandwich it has one pickle, no lettuce, and looks like it was bitten. So I live aboit 3 mins away from this location. Frequent it often. The drive through for breakfast will be a zoo , so just know... that. The inside is open but you'll need to utilize the self serve kiosk to be served promptly as they are understaffed andprimarily tend to the drive thru first. Though the drive thru line is long they do move it fairly briskly and my order is righteverytime. If you're in a crunch for time this may not be the location for you as patrons from 3 sides of town are frequentdiners. Read more
