There a sign inside saying no more free samples because customers take too many. First of all. That isn?t very welcoming. And... 95% of ur customers take one or two samples, maybe none, and get their food that they PAY for and go. Just because 5% of urcustomers abuse the privilege does mean u should accuse ur customers of having bad intentions and taking away samples foreveryone else. Also if ur a business that has samples u HAVE to know that that?s going to happen. People like free things that?sjust life. So if u wanna have it and be cooler than other ice cream places then do it and don?t accuse ur customers and if urtaking it away at least take down ur snarky sign. Response: I AM RATING YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Period. Ur product doesn?tmatter if ur customer service is bad. And the percentage isn?t literal is an estimate based off of how business work and run. Ifyou?d ever taken a business class or run one properly you?d know that. It?s not about the free sample it?s about the integrityyall r supposed to have and the respect u owe ur customers. U don?t make a cent without them so being kind and respectfulshouldn?t have to be requested. The way u respond to ur customers is crazy. Ur a business owner and if u want a good brand and agood profit then u need to listen to what ur customers are saying instead of telling them THEY ARE WRONG?!? Your business CHOSEto give the samples to begin with. If u couldn?t afford it then why put up a sign saying that u took them away because ofcustomer use? That?s rude. I've been coming to Menchies ever since I was younger, and have always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly... from the time you step into the building. They have a rewards program that allows you to get credit back after so many pointsearned which is always a perk. I would highly recommend taking a trip to Menchies, you won't be disappointed! Out of all the froyo locations in the Triad, Menchie's is our go to. My wife and I visit at least once a week for a treat... whatever the season. We have been coming here for about 5 years now and love all the flavors and topping they have. If you havequestions just ask them, they have a super nice owner and staff. Of course some changes did occur from owner to owner but thatis what happens with transition, nothing really worth leaving.
