I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. Half of the order, the fries, were not ready, so that made the part that was... ready, the veggie sub, cold. All of the sub ingredients looked the same, bland. I couldn't tell if they got my order right ornot. Also, the sub was real salty. Hmmmm....My fries, nor sub, looked anything like the pictures on the website. The fries alsowere small and chipped, like it was the bottom of the bag. The lemonade was just okay. I've tasted better. One good thing aboutthe visit was my cookie! THAT made me smile, but it still was not worth the trip...The portion of fries and sub was not worththe amount of money spent. Food is on the right side of good. But the staff really sucks. Girl with a nose ring and a mean stink eye took my order and... cooked my food. Owners came bustling in and didn?t acknowledge guests at all. Just an unfriendly, weird, uncomfortable place tobe. I will start by saying that I Love Penn Station subs. I don?t usually have any issues when I visit. However, I will say that on... Pisgah Church, the weekday staff is absolutely Amazing. Always kind and friendly. Always working to get customers in and out.But whoever the manager is, you need to ask your weekend staff to step their game up. The weekend staff is trash. On weekdays,I?m in and out. On weekends, there could be 2 people waiting before me (as such my last visit) and I will literally have to waitabout 20-25 mins for 1 sub and 1 fry.
