Last time I had them, they made a very bad pizza but I didn't want to complain. Now they seem to have shut down? If they're not... actually shut down, they deserve to be at least. I placed an order for the big dinner box with upgraded breadsticks to cheese sticks and the wings (traditional instead of... boneless). Today I received my order with boneless so I called the store to get it corrected and was told they couldn?t doanything because it was not to be sold with traditional instead of boneless wings and she couldn?t do anything about that. Iasked to be compensated because this is not what I was told and not what I ordered. She put the manager on the phone. Iexplained the story to the manager who told me I must be lying because they don?t sell it that way and that it must?ve been fromanother store. I said no, it was a delivery order, I can?t order from anywhere else. We went back and forth and she told me shecouldn?t do anything and she wouldn?t offer me anything. My husband picked up dinner for us tonight. He attempted to a small pizza for me and the restaurant told him that they didn?t... have a small pan to fix the pizza in available. He then ordered a medium plan cheese pizza and a large vegetarian (cheese,onions and black olives)pizza edge. He got home and the vegetarian pizza has pepperoni and sausage. I?ve called them severaltimes and no one has answered the phone. Their website sates that they close at 10:30 but I?ve been calling since 8:45 with noanswer.
