Me and the family visited Smokey Bones last Friday and we were very pleased. The food was delicious and on time and the front... house manager was very professional and kept us laughing with a big personality accompanied with a smile, it was surprising thathe also helped his team and the cooks as well. We eat out often and a lot of managers don't do that. His team worked together aswell to get the food out on time and they checked on us often to be sure we were satisfied throughout our meal. There was 12 of us who came in to this place to eat. The hostess said it would be an hour wait. No big deal, it’s Friday.... BUT there was at least 13 empty tables we could see including a group of tables pushed together already that stayed empty. There were many other people waiting outside for a table as well. By the time we left it was almost 3hrs. After we placed ourorder, the waitress came back and said they didn’t have almost 6 items that were ordered. There are many other places in thearea to eat at.
