I am so appalled by what happened. My sister was getting a coffee at this Starbucks and a man proceeded to come up to her, and... be inappropriate to the point where my sister had to get aggressive with him and tell him to leave her alone. I used to go to this Starbucks at least 3-4 times a week. Recently I haven?t gone much because of the lack of staff and poor... quality service from the new workers. This morning I walked in and the barista was in there talking to her coworker and didn?teven acknowledge that I was standing there. After about a minute-2 minutes later she came over and didn?t speak a word to me. istarted ordering and I always try to be polite and then when she made my drinks, she still proceeded to not speak. she put themdown and i loudly said thank you, yet still no response. I am very unhappy with the recent service provided by this starbucks. i walked in this morning shortly after 6:40 and walked up... to the register and the lady told me she was closed ?that?s why her lights are off?. the hours of this starbucks are 6am-7pm.there was a sign with the hours right in front of me as she told me this. I asked her when she thought it would be open and shesaid probably another 45 minutes. I haven?t been to this starbucks in a couple months due to the poor quality of the drinks(i?ve had to ask them to remake it a couple times) and the way they have treated their customers. i used to come to thisstarbucks quite literally everyday, i knew what i liked and what i didn?t. once these new workers came along i have not enjoyeda single drink nor my experience. this was a very poor one as i came back to give them another try. this has made me very upset. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I go my order gets messed up, the employees are texting on their... cellphones before & while taking orders, & even using their cellphone while making the order. It is very frustrating to bepaying money for something & not getting what you order.
