I had excellent customer service at this subway. The 2 young ladies that were working the night I came in were very friendly,... they greeted me when I walked in the door and they made sure my sandwich was made just right and then thanked me and told me tohave a great night when I left. Neat and clean. The girl was serving was a little bit slow but well behaved
On 4/20 at 11:50 AM my coworker and I walked in to order 4 sandwishes, the 2 employees had the worse customer service!! It took... us 20 minutes for us to even get to the cash register!! We were the only customers in there and I see why we were now. They hadno Siracha sauce and no garlic butter which is what we were ordering. While we were waiting the lady working at the time saidthey were throwing away 7 lbs of bread because they didn't cook it right, makes you wonder what else they got wrong that day!When we finally get to the register the lady finally proceeds to tell us their card machine isn't working and that we had tomanually type in our card numbers, expiration dates and CCV security numbers! We had 4 different cards cause we were orderingfor 4 different people. The lady working on 4/20 around lunchtime was completely rude!
