This is the worst Taco Bell(W.Market St) that I?ve ever been to! I went through the drive thru and when they gave me my food I... let them know that my chalupa was cold and hard. The white female that was in the kitchen bagging the food or whatever it isthat she does yells from the back ?how can it be cold and hard when I just took it off the line!? She was running her mouthloudly and not caring if I heard her or not. The black female at the window that took my order said I can either get a refund ori?d have to pull up and wait for another one. I said I?ll take a refund so fast because the way the other female?s attitude wasI didn?t want her touching any of my food at that point in case she tried to do something to it! She had such a disgustingattitude and if she had of came up to the window then I would have let her have it! The black female at the window wasnonchalant about the whole ordeal and gave slight attitude! I?d say they both need to find a new job else where if you ask me! Iwon?t go back to this location! The breakfast crunch wrap is one of my favorite menu items of any fast food restaurant but the service here is absolutely awful.... I've been here twice whike having to come to Greensboro for work and won't go back. First time I had one car in front of me andI was in drive thru for 20 minutes, I don't think the staff could have moved any slower. I seriously think they were asleepbefore the other car came through. Second time I waited 5 mins at drive thru window and no one ever came on to take my order(9:30 am and 2 people working inside). I can't believe the gauge prices added ten dollars extra for Doritos then they didn't even have the Doritos but one flavor.... Don't go here. Even at the take out screen the voice was unfriendly. I won't go here ever again. Read more
Worst experience ever. I normally don?t complain about restaurants, but I have to say this is the WORST Taco Bell I?ve ever been... to. One time I went I waited an hour in line for sub par food. This time, I waited 30 minutes only to get to the speaker to betold ?we are only accepting cash.? I obviously did not have cash, and most other people didn?t either. I got stuck in the lineso I placed an order on the app and got to the window and they told us we had to pull around AGAIN and wait in the line, after Ihad already waited 30 minutes. They refused to bring it out to us and also refused to hang up a sign saying ?cash only? becauseof some ?corporate? rule. I?m sure I was not the only one absolutely angered by the incompetence of this restaurant. By thattime the line was significantly longer so we ended up having to wait another 30 minutes to get through. I had already paid and Icouldn?t get a refund. This Taco Bell is EXTREMELY understaffed, they only have two people in the restaurant at all times, andthey are also very underpaid (which is why they don?t have enough people).
