It took 20 minutes for me to receive my order on the inside. First the manager lied and said her system was down so I needed to... come inside. But magically 3 seconds later she took the car order that was behind me. One of the guys in the kitchen wasstuffing his face with food the entire time I was waiting on my order. They were handing out wrong orders it was a completemess. Management will hire anybody. Read more
Arrived at this location 20 minutes before closing. Unlike other fast food places in Greensboro, I was greeted by some of the... friendliest staff! They were very kind while taking my order and payment at the window. Everything in the order was fresh andcorrect, even the extra sauces I had requested! Horrible customer service!!!! The lady forgot some of my order. The white female manager rolled her eyes at me when I asked for... a drink for my inconvenience. She then asked the guy preparing food if she should give it to me he said no bc she's the one thatdrove off without getting all of her order. The lady that gave me my food said have a nice day so I thought I had everything. Iwill never return to this location. Every other Zaxby's has friendly employees. Read more
Horrible customer service. I litterally stood at the counter for 5 mins waiting to be acknowledged. As I'm waiting, this is how... the staff is standing around. When she finally notices that I was standing there, she then pulls my mobile order from thecomputer and just begins to make it. I will never come back to this location. The drive thru is wrapped around the building andthey are standing around on their phones. They gave unsweet tea... instead of sweet and didn?t give correct sauces, had to ask them to replace. The chicken fingers weren?t as big as other Zaxlocations either. I won?t go back to this one.
