Food was great. Waitress was terrible. Originally asked for double white sauce. We were given one for 2 people. Asked for more.... She waited on 2 more tables and never came back. She brought me the check and asked if I wanted white sauce to go. I actuallywanted it for my meal, which was then cold. Can?t say she has a career in waitressing as she won?t make any money. We had reservations to celebrate two birthdays at 7 o?clock. It was a complete mess, rude staff and horrible service.... Management/owner was one of the worst of interactions we had. We ordered an appetizer. After we had the appetizer, 2 employeesand the manager approached us separately to tell us because of the time (7:47) we had to pay more than the price listed on themenu. I had requested with 3 different employees to have birthday cakes for dessert to celebrate at our table. No server oranyone came back to our table after taking our initial order. Not to even pick up a dish. Could barely eat because of all of thedirty dishes. At the end of the dinner, the only interaction from staff was the chaos that ensued over ordering the appetizerand needing to be charged more. We couldn?t even get our check. When I went up to the hostess after waiting for 40 minutes afterour dinner to request our check and ask about the birthday cakes for the kids, she said she would send someone over. A man fromthe back kitchen came out and said ?I don?t know why but they asked me to come out and bring this to you.? It was the check. Thehostess then brought the cakes out, without silverware. I went and asked the manager for silverware and the manager startedsaying that she needed to charge us more for the cakes! It was unbelievable. To add insult to injury, 2 members of our partycame down with 104 temperatures and became violently ill within hours of leaving. NEVER. AGAIN. This place is dirty, a scam andhorrible service. Avoid this place if possible. Went there for dinner last night at 8:00pm to celebrate my recent engagement with family and was... treated like we were a huge bother. Called and made a reservation for 8:00 for 4 people - went in and got seated and everythingwas normal. Our waitress was great, very nice and attentive. But the hibachi chef was one of the most rude people I have comeacross. When he came to the table he barely even bothered to say hello just went straight to saying our orders. Then whilemaking everything he didn?t say a single word, no theatrics (which is why you pay for a hibachi table) and no personality whatso ever. Didn?t ask if we wanted the Saki, also did not give us sauces. When I asked for the yum yum sauce (since we didn?t getany) I got glared at and the saucers slammed on the table in front of the 4 of us. Also I know it is normal for them to cleanthe flat top while everyone starts eating but he was spraying stuff on the grill that was splashing up onto me and my plate. Itwas in a lemon juice container so I?m not sure what exactly it was. We left without saying anything due to it being 9:00 by thetime we got our check and they closed at 9:15. Went to eat my left overs today and found a piece of bone in my noodles thatalmost chipped my tooth. I called today 7/11 to speak with a manager and was told that there is no manager right now that theyare on vacation for two weeks. Overall they put a damper on what should have been a very fun time. Went here for my daughter's birthday and had a blast and the food was amazing. Once the check came and we had to pay for an... item we didn't even order due to a mixup from the chef directly is when I noticed something wasn't right.
