This is a tough one. On the one hand the staff are friendly, the location great, the establishment clean. On the other hand... I?ve been here 4 times in the past 6 weeks, and each time they?ve been out of Cold Brew by 12pm. Sorry, but if it?s yourhottest selling beverage, and you?re routinely out by noon, you need to re-evaluate inventory. Read more
In nice and fancy place, and has nice employees but short staff. Took 35 minutes for a regular coffee.
This is for the girl who was working 7/10 at 12:24 who i came In nice as ever for a Carmel ribbon crunch frappe which was 5.70... and they gave me a 4 drink coupon and the girl refused to hand it to me she was light skin freckles and had braces and glassesand was rude . Read more
This is the second time I?ve had a bad experience with this Starbucks. Really nice staff but I had ordered just a green tea... everyone who was behind me had already received there drinks and left. I stood there for 20 min now there is no one in line andno one waiting for there drink and mine still was in the process of being made. I don?t typically get frustrated with long waittimes as I work in the food industry and understand things get backed up. I just left out of frustration. Read more
