The food is actually good(The chicken is okay but I got bone & gristle in my burger meat....I showed it to the Mgr and they... didn't seem to care). Don't expect anyone to get in any hurry....Evidently no one took the time to teach the counter helpmanors.... customer service is a Joke. We've been to this unit nearly every day since they opened and it hasn't gotten anybetter. It must have been bring your children to work day the other day....the Manager on duty held her child on her hip whenchecking me out while her other child ran wild through the unit(totally unprofessional). You can spend your $ money there butthen get told that we've reached our promotional limit and won't accept your promotional code for the points you'veearned.....so we took our business across the street and ate at the Golden Arches. This was my first time eating here. So sorry ???? I have no pictures at this time. The food was okay, nothing to really ????... brag about. To me it was just another burger ????, & chicken ???? joint for the young generation to eat & hang out at. Theinside is very clean, cozy, & nice with a beautiful fireplace to take photos near. Again for the young people. You can say theprice was reasonable. For my family this is what we ordered: ????????for 2 combo double cheeseburger with fries & drink was$5.99 each. The Big Jack combo with fries ???? is $7.19, shakes $2.30. The total spent for this meal was $23.83. I have this tosay, if you like a lot of meat on your burger this is definitely the place for you! I didn't see any single ???? meat burger allwas double. They may have had it, & I could have just overlooked it. I don't do a lot of meat like that, it's very hard todigest. Interviews are not in synced yet new business greenville ms area. About 10 to 13 per shift unless training where they kind of... scrabble to know they're place. Four registers in the front. Two for the main food and one for the ice cream and shakes and theother for drive through. About 13 tables in dining area. Two cook lines in the back area. The facility seemed to trainimmediately the first week along with already fully experienced employers at opening. Definitely doesn't discriminate. Onlineorders placed are waiting in line just as long as standing customers placing there orders at front. Burger product, to me was oknot enough salt on meat but tastes is fresh. All products are kept at set temperatures. Ice cream places lids on at end of shiftand cleaned properly for desired use the next day. Waste is kept in the back next to back door,(fire hazard). Along with trashbeing kept in the back in left front side building and behind door outside. Fully secured in and out of establishment. Customerservice is decent. All seriousness not many smiles what so ever. Time accuracy is not as expected for a new comingestablishment. Expect to change in later review. 3 ways in and out and you can sit in the front if you'd like. Overall I giveit a low C by itself. How ever comparing it to the stores that came after them like Taco Bell, and Hardy's, I would say it'slast on the list. Read more
Ive been wanting to try Jack?s since they opened, but the line is usually to the road. I finally got the chance to try it since... it was few vehicles, and it was not worth it. Macaroni was good although it was cold. The burger was cold and the patties weredry. Maybe next time the experience will be better. Read more
