I really miss the old bojangles. Every time I order something is wrong. Sit at the order board so long that you have to say... hello, and all they say(with attitude) is order when youre ready. No customer service. Supremes, always cold and over cooked.Biscuits, hard enough to hammer a nail into a 2x4. Always out of sauces. Never get a straw. This morning, 11/19/22, no cheese onany of the biscuits I ordered. Except the cheddar bo, but so hard the only thing semi edible was the center. Ask for jelly, girlgives me one peice. Management needs to get it this place together, and if they can't, owners need to step in. I go once a monthnow, just hoping to have a good meal......but all seems lost. I've said I won't go back a few times now, but I do believe thiswill be the last time the Bo' gets another penny from me. This place is missing strong leadership and direction. Cashiers arguing with customers over the order and catch and attitude... when the customer asks for a correction. Kitchen runs out of biscuits and bacon on a Sunday morning? at a breakfastestablishment. Manager was making sandwiches on the table with one glove only on his right hand. His left hand was bare, youcould see the crust or dirt build up on his fingernails from the front line. I had already patiently waited and invested roughly30 minutes of my time waiting for my food before asking for a refund. That was the largest inconvenience for the staff who thenrolled their eyes and then started making a scene about me asking for a refund hollering back and forth across the restaurant. Read more
I visited this location on 11/6/22 around 2:30 pm and Ordered some breakfast items. I went through the Drive and first of all... the woman working the drive thru was not friendly at all. I ask her about my receipt and she came across a bit sassy. Meanwhileas I was waiting on my order forever, it appeared a party was going on inside. I finally decided to walk in and requested arefund. The manager on duty wasn't the nicest either and he wasn't even concerned on why I requested a refund. I guess he wasready to rejoin the party. I took our business elsewhere. I don't know what her name was, but the lady at the drive thru today was unnecessarily rude. I went in this morning and placed... a simple order (2 wing meals with bo rounds and sweet tea) and she had an attitude. I am pretty sure she meant to turn the micoff while she was complaining to her coworker, but didn't. I could hear them clearly. I understand working in fast-food suck,but I didn't give a complicated order or anything. The food quality has gone down as well. They were busy and yet the food wascold and the tea was severely watered down. I really hope management does something to bring this establishment back to how itwas. It was dirty. The trash can was sitting by the biscuit table. Manager walking by all these things like it doesn't matter. So we... got our money back and left. We will not be returning to to this Bojangles in the future. Read more
