I honestly don't know why this location is still open. Workers are rude. They never have anything. No soda, no condiments, food... is hard and cold. And if you ask for anything fresh, they give you an attitude! You say thank you and they grunt a response!Sweet tea is nasty, I honestly know better than to go there, but did anyway due to time constraints. But next time I will justgo to the one on Arlington. I wish there was a way to send a private message to the managers or owners of this location because as a fellow restaurant ... owner i know that reviews are very important to the public understanding of the service provided. That being said, I would wantto know how my staff is treating the public and this is the only way that I know how to contact. I never write reviews and am ingeneral pretty understanding to the tough times of employment etc. I was shocked by the service I received. The employees werenot only rude and disrespectful but not following sanitary procedures and were completely uncaring about the service theyprovided. They 100% acted as they were doing me a favor by providing a meal that I didn?t even complain about but was halfwrong. I spent $45 waited 45 minutes and got half of my order correct. I worked at the Bojangles in Washington NC for a few weeks and the staff there and some managers would let the kids (... teenager?s) run and control that store. Customers will stand in line for 45 minutes to and hour and wait on there food and somecustomers will even drive off this Bojangles is not a good store to work at! But overall the food is good!!
