My Rating with 5 stars were based off (Jalexius?? OnLY) "1 Staff member of 3 working that morning! If she was not there it... would have been ( 2 stars ).Even tho I heard mgr say, " someone didn't show and someone quit Jalexius was smiling, asked if shecould help and fixed my order, My Coffee was Perfectly made cream and All..Thanks Jalexius??) I go to this location a least 4times per week (drive thur)and decided to go in and Lord if Jalexius wasn't there I would have left! Everyone else looked sounhappy. I hope staffing gets better! The slowest service. The employees are NOT in a hurry regardless of how many people are in line. Very rude. It takes 45 minutes... to get through the drive thru no matter how many cars are before you. 0/10 don?t reccomend. Read more
I placed a mobile order at least 10 minutes before arriving and still had to wait for the order. I took a sip down the road and... something tasted off. When I tried to mix in the cold foam, it broke apart into small pieces. Took another sip to be sure, yupdefinitely spoiled. Dumping the whole drink out. Read more
No hate, I just don?t know if the hours need to be updated? There?s been multiple times me and my fiancé have pulled up and... they are closed before it says they are to close by the online hours posted. Never had problem with the staff, just wondering ifthey should update their hours it seems to be different on random days. Read more
