Our first visit was very pleasant. Great food and generous portions, plus excellent service from our server. Will return!
Decent food and portions but very poor service! Waited 20 min longer than promised and missing items from the order. I was... ignored by multiple employees when I tried to address someone about the missing items. I made eye contact and waved at 5different employees no one came to see if we needed anything. I called the store on my cell to ask for assistance!Unbelievable!! Just a NO! Not busy Saturday afternoon. Got our pretzels appetizer fast, it was yummy! Fresh and hot! Didn?t get ONE drink... refill. Waited 50 minutes for our meal. Fish and fries (both cold). Thought I loved to eat here? Five of us went this evening for Father's day and waited forever for our food!!!! The tenderloin... sandwich that my fiance ordered was over done and he never did receive his coleslaw he ordered and paid for. My burger was greatbut hefty price for just chips served with it.
